KJK Technologies LLC offers IT services
to the small business community of Southeastern, Wisconsin. These
services will also be offered to home users.
The services will include network support, system and
application
troubleshooting as well as setup and training. These services
will be offered on-site (clients place of business) as well as pickup and delivery service if necessary.
I will offer solutions to fit the customer’s needs.
Computer Security will include firewall, spyware and ani-virus services. We keep up-date on all the security issues to keep your computer system running efficiently and secure.
Network support will include planning, setup, monitoring and troubleshooting
of the network; this will also include security an anti-virus solution to stay
on top of any current threats that may affect my clients as well as a good
backup plan that will fit the client’s needs.
Computer tech support will include hardware and software installs or upgrades
as well as troubleshooting problems that are either hardware or software related.
This support will also include advising the client on hardware and software
solutions so they spend what they need but do not overspend on systems and
software that are beyond there needs.
Training will include everything from basic computer skills to software specific
training. I am also
a Microsoft Partner, which gives me access to all product related support,
updates and marketing tools for all Microsoft products.
